Kristen Coty

Kristen brings 15 years of customer service experience in the banking and insurance industries and is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Her focus is on the daily support and service of the firm’s commercial clients and maintaining the integrity of Berkshire Fairfield’s customized insurance solutions and risk management services.

Prior to joining Berkshire Fairfield Insurance Agency, Kristen supported clients as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Berkshire Insurance Group’s Pittsfield, MA, headquarters.

Kristen is a member of MAIW (Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women) and is currently working toward a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She is a lifelong resident of Berkshire County and currently resides in Pittsfield.
